To grant an exemption from the tendering
provisions of Contract Standing Orders (CSO3) subject to the
approval of the Director- Corporate Services.

To agree that MCBC provides TCBC with a service to support its
social work development programmes through a Service Level
Agreement. The service to include social work student placements,
development of Practice Educators and facilitating social worker
completion of the consolidation programme.
