This report seeks authorisation to accept the
change to the Regeneration Team Establishment, namely:
Retitling the Economy, Regeneration and Strategic Projects Manager
to Economy, Regeneration and Strategic Programmes Group
Leader.
Regrading of the above post from a Grade 10 to Grade 11 (commencing
at SCP 45).
The Foundational Economy Team Leader (and associated reporting
officers) become part of the Regeneration team, with the Team
Leader reporting directly to the Group Leader
