Purpose

To provide Cabinet with an overview of the
complaints performance for the financial year
1st April 2022 to 31st March 2023 and for Cabinet to formally
receive the Public Service
Ombudsman for Wales’ Annual Letter.

Content

Cabinet agreed to note the information presented in the report
and to continue to support the central Complaints and FOI Team.
Cabinet also agreed to note the annual letter from the Public
Services Ombudsman.
