Purpose

The purpose of this report is to seek approval
of the 2023 Annual Monitoring Report (AMR) of the Torfaen Local
Development Plan (LDP) for its submission to the Welsh Government
(WG) on or before the 31st October 2023.

Content

Council agreed, with the majority voting in
favour, to:
 

1.   
Approve the Torfaen Local Development Plan Annual Monitoring Report
2023 (attached at Appendix A) and its submission to the Welsh
Government on or before the 31st October
2023; and

2.   
Agree to delegate any final minor amendments of the Annual
Monitoring Report 2023 to the Head of Planning and Development
prior to submission to the Welsh Government.
