The committee agreed to:

(i)   
Note the feedback from the member satisfaction
survey.

(ii)  
Discuss the content of the Draft Action Plan
attached as Appendix B and suggest additional activity that would
strengthen the draft action plan and improve the level of member
support in the future, and

(iii) 
Agree that the Democratic Services Committee should
regularly review the progress made delivering the Action
Plan.
