Purpose

Following the withdrawal of the Torfaen
Replacement Local Development Plan (RLDP) 2018-2033, the purpose of
this report is for Council to consider approving a new Torfaen RLDP
2022-2037 ‘Delivery Agreement’ (attached at Appendix 2)
for submission to the Welsh Government.

Content

Council unanimously agreed
to:
 
-      
approve the final Replacement Torfaen Local
Development Plan Delivery Agreement (2022-2037) attached at
Appendix 2 for submission to the Welsh Government for their
approval; and
-      
delegate to the Head of Planning and Development,
any final minor amendments / corrections to the Torfaen Local
Development Plan Delivery Agreement (2022-2037) prior to submission
to the Welsh Government.
