Approval sought from the Strategic Director,
Economy and Environment in consultation with the Head of
Procurement, to award contracts in accordance with the parameters
of the General Building and Electrical Maintenance Framework to
carry out building maintenance, repair and/or improvement works on
three projects identified within paragraph 4.1 of this
