To agree the terms and conditions for the
Shared Prosperity Fund Torfaen Business Direct Small Business
Grant.

To delegate power under Section 11.5.8 of the Constitution of
Torfaen County Borough Council (version 54 issued 15th October
2019) to the Group Leader Strategic Economy Development and Head of
Economic Development, Assets and Property for the approval of
applications made under the Torfaen Business Direct Small Business
Grant.
