To seek approval from the Strategic Director
Economy and Environment, following consultation with the Head of
Procurement, to award a contract to a suitably qualified consultant
to undertake a Place-based Assessment of Weed Control requirements
on Hard Surfaces in Torfaen, and to map all Japanese Knotweed,
enabling the creation of a GIS layer on the Council’s GIS
mapping system.
