2.1 Approval is sought to deliver the
Established Food Business Micro Grant Scheme.
2.2 To delegate power under Section 11.5.8 of the Constitution of
Torfaen County Borough Council to the Group Leader Strategic
Economic Development for the approval of applications made under
the grant scheme.
