To employ an engagement officer, fixed term
until end of March 2025 to promote the Flying Start childcare offer
and chase up any families that don’t apply to understand
their barriers. This officer will actively promote the benefits of
bilingualism.

To consider an additional module in the synergy database to support
the recording of childcare attendance and adds this detail to the
existing case note system.
