Purpose

To obtain approval to set an appropriate fee
structure and scheme of delegated authority for the Public Health
(Wales) Act 2017 in respect of Special Procedure Licensing, i.e.,
the regulation of acupuncture, electrolysis, tattooing and body
piercing.
