Cabinet agreed to:

Approve the adoption and implementation of the Waste Education
and Enforcement Policy.

Approve the recommended operating model – option
3.

·        
Approve the proposal to fund the implementation from corporate
reserves in year 1.

·        
To note the ongoing approach to reviewing the
effectiveness and

future funding of the model, and delegate authority to the
Executive Member to take the decision should a revised approach be
required.
