Purpose

This paper sets out the activities necessary to ‘in-house’ an Estates Patrolling Service for the Council’s estates, particularly in relation to public consultation with tenants and leaseholders, and the level of resource that is required to carry these out

Decision

1. Authorises the delivery of the Out of Hours Noise service in-house in accordance with Option One as set out in Section 2 in the report submitted when the contract ends on 30th June 2025.
2. Notes the work and resource associated with not renewing or extending the current contract with Parkguard Ltd and planning for delivery in-house.
3. Notes the TUPE implications associated with not renewing or extending the

current contract with Parkguard Ltd and planning for delivery in-house.
