The Mayor in Sub-Committee is RESOLVED that:
- approves the Council’s Annual Complaint Performance Report for 2024-25 as at Appendix 1 in the report submitted.
- approves the Council’s annual self-assessment as at Appendix 2 against the HO’s statutory complaint handling code.
