Decision

RESOLVED that the Board:

1. Notes the update on the submission of the audited accounts and annual report 2022/23 to the Charity Commission.
2. Notes the position on the drafting and submission of the audited accounts and annual report for 2023/24 to the Charity Commission.
3. Notes the financial position for 2024/25. (Appendix 1)
4. Notes the activities update for 2024/25. (Appendix 2)
5. Notes the financial position for 2025/26. (Appendix 3)
6. Notes the activities update for 2025/26. (Appendix 4)
7. Notes the Governance updates.
8. Notes the update on Fields in Trust grant funding.
9. Authorises a change to the nominated officer contact to access the Charity Commission’s “My Commission Account”.
