DECISION;
- APPROVED that a Demolition Notice be implemented to ensure there are no further Right-to-Buy applications for the existing homes.
- APPROVED the subsequent removal of the Right to Buy for all new Council-owned rented homes to be delivered as part of the redevelopment, except for rehoused tenants from 2 – 20 Tomlinson Close who will retain their right to buy.
- APPROVED the Decant and Rehousing Strategy, including a guaranteed Right to Return for eligible secure tenants to new affordable homes within the new development.
