Decision

1)        
That the Executive approves, the incorporation of a
new agency model as part of the previously agreed Operating
Agreement, enabling Trafford Leisure CIC to become an agent of
Trafford Council.
 

2)        
That the Corporate Director of Place be delegated
authority, in consultation with the Director of Legal and
Governance, to undertake the actions required to implement this
change from the 1April 2025.
