Decision

1)   
That the response to, and outcome of, the
consultation, be considered.
 
2)   
That the implementation of the following fee rates
from 1 April 2025, be approved:

 

a.   
Homecare: 7.14% increase
£21.13 to £22.64 per hour
 

b.   
Residential and Nursing Care (including Learning
Disability and Mental Health provision): 5.78% increase

                                         
i.   
Residential - £690.27 to £730.17 per
week

                                       
ii.   
Nursing - £771.61 to £816.21 per
week
 

c.   
Supported Living Rate:7.14% increase
There is
not standard rate for Supported Living so rates will
vary.
 

d.   
Day Services: 7.14% increase
There is no
standard rate for Day Services so rates will vary.
 
3)   
That the recommendation to offer the Trafford
inflationary uplift for out of borough placements, be
approved.
 
4)   
That it be confirmed that in approving the above,
the Council’s Public Sector Equality duty, has been taken
into account.
