Decision

1)   
That the Round 3 additional funds to deliver a
further 4 units, following invitations from MHCLG to bid for
underspends and additional £373k of borrowing to be financed
from the Asset Investment Fund budget, be approved.
 
2)   
That the purchase of 4 units for temporary
accommodation, from the Trafford Affordable Housing Fund, be
approved.

 
3)   
That authority be delegated to the Corporate
Director, Place, in consultation with the Director of Legal and
Governance, to procure a contractor to carry out the conversions,
repairs and improvements as appropriate.

 
4)   
That authority be delegated to the Corporate
Director, Place, in consultation with the Director of Legal &
Governance, to negotiate, finalise and agree the terms for the
purchase of properties for the purposes set out in this
report.

 
5)   
That authority be delegated to the Director of Legal
& Governance to enter into any
contracts, agreements or deeds required to implement the above
recommendations.

 
6)   
That authority be delegated to the Corporate
Director, Place, in consultation with the Director of Legal &
Governance, to negotiate, finalise and agree the terms for the
purchase of any future properties for the purposes set out in this
report.
