the Order be made, in whole or in part, and the proposals

That a consultation be carried out with nearby
residents.

Reasons for the decision

It
is considered that the disabled residents of Abbey Road,
Elm Grove, Joynson Street and Sefton
Road, Sale would benefit from the introduction of a disabled
residents’ permit parking bay at each location, that would
allow their vehicles to be parked close to their houses, at any
time, subject to there being a blue badge holder resident at each
address.

It
is proposed to remove the disabled residents’ permit parking
bays on Elm Grove and Oldfield Road Sale that are no longer
required.

Alternative options considered

None.
