Decision

(1)          
That the Draft Trafford Local/ Neighbourhood CIL
Spending Protocol be approved to go out to public consultation for
a period of six weeks, starting no earlier than 23 June
2025.

 
(2)          
That the Corporate Director of Place be delegated
authority, in consultation with the Executive Member for Economy
and Regeneration, to make any necessary minor amendments to the
Draft Trafford Local/ Neighbourhood CIL Spending Protocol and agree
the detailed consultation material prior to commencement of the
public consultation.
 
(3)          
That the Executive notes that following
consultation, assessment of responses and amendments made where
applicable, a final Trafford Local/ Neighbourhood CIL Spending
Protocol will be submitted to the Executive in September 2025 for
approval.
 
(4)          
That it also be noted that following approval, the
Local/ Neighbourhood CIL Spending Protocol will be in place for a
period of not less than five years with a report being submitted to
the Executive in 2030/31 on its implementation along with any
recommendations.
