Decision

(1)      
That the consultation draft of the Empress
Conservation Area Regeneration Plan, be
approved.

 
(2)      
That the preparation of the Empress Conservation
Area Regeneration Plan as a Supplementary Planning Document (SPD),
be approved.
 
(3)      
That the next stage of publicity and consultation
arrangements for the Empress Conservation Area Regeneration Plan,
be approved.
 
(4)      
That it be noted that a future report to the
Executive will seek approval for the content of the final Empress
Conservation Area Regeneration Plan and its adoption as an
SPD.
