Decision

(1)      
That the contents of the report be noted.

 
(2)      
That the Executive endorses the final Greater
Manchester Local Nature Recovery Strategy (GM LNRS) for adoption
via the Greater Manchester Combined Authority.
 
(3)      
That the application for Stamford Brook Community
Woodland to be designated as a Local Nature Reserve (LNR) via
Natural England, be supported.
 
(4)      
That council officers consult formally with Natural
England on the proposed designation of the Local Nature
Reserve.
 
(5)      
Delegates authority to the Corporate Director of
Place to instruct Legal to prepare the formal declaration document
as necessary, following the outcome of consultation with Natural
England.
