Decision

(1)      
That the Executive approves the principle that part
of the land comprising Goodwood Field be disposed of by way of a
lease to the Three Meem Foundation for the purpose set out in this
report, subject to the statutory process that must be followed and
due consideration of any objections received during the course of
that process.

 
(2)      
That the Corporate Director of Place be delegated
authority, in consultation with the Director of Legal and
Governance, to negotiate the final terms of the lease to the Three
Meem Foundation.
 
(3)      
That the Corporate Director of Place be delegated
authority, in consultation with the Executive Member for Economy
and Regeneration, to negotiate and determine the specific area to
be subject to the lease.
 
(4)      
That the Director of Legal and Governance be
delegated authority to enter into all legal agreements required to
implement the above decisions.
