Decision

1)
That the Round 4 project for providing homes for Afghan refugees
and temporary accommodation stock as set out in the report, be
approved.
 
2)
That the Corporate Director, Place, in consultation with the
Director of Legal and Governance, be delegated authority to procure
a contractor to carry out the conversions, repairs and improvements
as appropriate.
 
3)
That the Corporate Director, Place, in consultation with the
Director of Legal and Governance, be delegated authority to
negotiate, finalise and agree the terms for the purchase of
properties for the purposed set out in the report.
 
4)
That the Director of Legal and Governance, be delegated authority
to enter into any contracts, agreements
or deeds required to implement the above
recommendations.
 
5)
That the Corporate Director, Place, in consultation with the
Executive Member, be delegated authority to approve the allocation
of any underspends in Round 4, should they arise.
