That the Trafford Local / Neighbourhood CIL Spending Protocol, be
approved, with immediate effect for a period of not less than five
years.

That the Corporate Director of Place, in consultation with the
Executive Member for Economy and Regeneration, be delegated
authority to allocate and spend the Local / Neighbourhood CIL
portion of CIL in accordance with the approved Spending
Protocol.
