Decision

1)
That the contents of the report be noted.
 
2)
That Trafford Council joining the GMCA Responsible Body service, be
approved
 
3)
That William Wroe Meadows be taken through the service, to set up
as a habitat bank, be approved
 
4)
That the Corporate Director for Place, Director of Finance and
Systems, and the Director of Legal and Governance be delegated
authority to agree the terms of the legal agreement between GMCA
and the Council and details of any subsequent Conservation
Covenants.
 
5)
That the proposed pipeline of habitat banks in Trafford, be noted.
Proposals for which sites to take forward as habitat banks next
will be brough back to the Executive in future reports.
