Decision

(1)   
That the List of Local Heritage Assets (Local List)
be approved and it be noted that this will not form part of the
final Supplementary Planning Document (SPD).

 
(2)   
That the selection criteria for future additions and
removals to the Local List, be approved.
 
(3)   
That the publicity and consultation arrangements for
the draft 2 Supplementary Planning Document, be
approved.
 
(4)   
That it be noted that a future report to the
Executive will seek approval to adopt the List of Local Heritage
Assets SPD.
