Purpose

To determine proposals in
respect of the Altrincham Town Hall asset.

Decision

1)   
That the outcome of the tender process for
Altrincham Town Hall, be noted.
 

2)   
That the Council proceeds with the disposal of
Altrincham Town Hall following the tender process and in line with
the March 2023 delegations, as set out in the confidential
report.
