Decision

(1)       That the principle of residential-led development on the Oakfield Road / Moss Lane site, be approved.

(2)       That the continuation of works to de-risk and ready the site for market, funded initially with grant, be approved.

(3)       That authority be delegated to the Corporate Director for Place, in consultation with the Executive Member for Economy and Regeneration and the Director of Legal and Governance, to agree the terms of any grant funding agreements and other contractual arrangements necessary to progress the site investigation, design development and de-risking activities described in the report.
