Decision

That the Executive:
 
(1)      
Approves the Round 3 project for providing homes for
Afghan refugees and Temporary Accommodation stock as set out in
this report.

 
(2)      
Delegates authority to the Corporate Director,
Place, in consultation with the Director of Legal & Governance,
to procure a contractor to carry out the conversions, repairs and
improvements as appropriate.
 
(3)      
Delegates authority to the Corporate Director,
Place, in consultation with the Director of Legal & Governance,
to negotiate, finalise and agree the terms for the purchase of
properties for the purposes set out in this report.
 
(4)      
Delegates authority to the Director of Legal &
Governance to enter into any contracts,
agreements or deeds required to implement the above
recommendations.
