Decision

That the Executive:

 
(1)      
Approves the proposals contained in the report and
agrees to the start of a formal consultation exercise to take place
between 28 October and 17 November 2024.

 
(2)      
Notes that the outcome of the consultation will be
reported back to the Executive in December 2024.
