Decision

(1)      
Give approval in principle for the Council to enter
into a Partnership Agreement for the delivery of Project Skyline as
detailed in this report.

 
(2)      
That the Corporate Director of Children’s
Services be delegated authority, in consultation with the Director
of Finance and the Director of Legal and Governance to agree the
terms of the Partnership Agreement.
 
(3)      
That the Director of Legal and Governance be
delegated to enter into any documentation required to effect the agreement described within the
report.
