Purpose

The evaluation panel have concluded evaluation
of applications and confirmed the shortlist of successful grantees.
The shortlist needs consideration by Cabinet ahead of publishing
successful grant awards.

RESOLVED: to
i.             
Note the evaluation and selection process that has been undertaken
to determine the successful projects in this funding round.
ii.            
Approve the list of successful projects agreed by the selection
panel as listed in Appendix 2.
iii.           
Note that five of the successful applications (Appendix 2, nos. 1,
2, 10, 12, 15) meet the Rural England Prosperity Fund criteria for
capital funding, for community net zero infrastructure projects.
These projects are to receive full funding.
