RESOLVED:
 
I.              
That the Pledgdon Green Conservation Area Character Appraisal and
Management Plan be approved and used to assist in the process of
determining planning applications and for implementing management
proposals.
II.             
That the Pledgdon Green Conservation Area be formally
designated.
