RESOLVED to acquire the 2-bedroom flat in Manor Road, Stansted as set-out in the report, undertake void works and let it as general needs accommodation.  

Reasons for the decision

  The report requested approval from Cabinet to buyback a former UDC 2-bedroom ground floor council flat in Manor Road, Stansted using retained Right to Buy (RTB) receipts.
