Reasons for the decision

The Council as Local Planning Authority are charged with determining planning applications pursuant to the TCPA 1990(As amended) a party aggrieved by a decision can bring an action by way of public law challenge.

Alternative options considered

Not to seek to respond incurring additional expenditure to the Council.
