To consider the Housing Revenue Account 30 Year Business Plan (2026-2056) as the financial framework for the Housing Revenue Account. 

Reasons for the decision

The HRA Business Plan 2026-2056 provides a comprehensive 30-year strategic framework for managing, maintaining, and investing in the Council’s current portfolio of social housing properties. The Business Plan supports the delivery of the council’s Asset Management Housing Delivery and Growth Policy and associated Strategy and Delivery Plan. The Business Plan is also aligned to the council’s Corporate Objectives, Housing Strategy and Homelessness and Rough Sleeping Strategy.
