Abingdon and North East Area Committee

The Abingdon and North East Area Committee promotes the economic, social, and environmental well-being of its area, with expenditure limits set by the Council. It receives reports and makes decisions on delegated matters in line with council policies. The committee also receives reports from the Area Forum, submits its own concerns to relevant council bodies, and can recommend the establishment of sub-committees. It aims to promote the Area Forum and encourage councillor attendance.
