About

The Licensing Acts Committee is responsible for overseeing the council's functions related to the Licensing Act 2003 and the Gambling Act 2005. It recommends the Statement of Licensing Policy to the Council and handles all licensing matters, including determining applications for licences, certificates, temporary events, and variations or reviews.
