To award a contract to the value of
£86,835.00 to Fergal Construction Co Limited to carry out
extensive remedial refurbishment to the Northern and Western
boundary walls at All Saints Closed Churchyard, Coleshill, under
our statutory obligations under section 215 of the 1972 Local
Government Act. The walls have collapsed in areas and pose
significant risk to public safety.
