Purpose

To recommend to Council to approve the
strategy.

Decision

RECOMMENDATIONS:
a) Cabinet recommends to Council to approve
the capital strategy 2025/26 to 2034/35 which is contained in
appendix one of the report of the Head of Finance.
b) That Cabinet recommends to Council to agree
the strategy for flexible use of capital receipts which is
contained as annex A of the capital strategy.
