Purpose

1.            
To novate the 2024/25 to 2028/29 Partnership agreement from
Oxfordshire South and Vale Citizens Advice Bureau to Citizens
Advice West Oxfordshire, trading as Oxfordshire Citizens
Advice.

 
2.            
To delegate authority to the Head of Communities to approve the
second name change from Citizens Advice West Oxfordshire, trading
as Oxfordshire Citizens Advice to 'Citizens Advice Oxfordshire, and
novation if required.
