Decision

To create a budget for £109,819 from the S106 contributions listed below (13V70 & 24V20) and release the funds, subject to a legal agreement, to Stanford in the Vale Parish Council for the ongoing maintenance of public open space at Land off Faringdon Road, Stanford in the Vale (Nursery End).

Funds to be released in total as one payment, subject to receipt of the signed third-party funding agreement.
