RECOMMENDATIONS
That
Cabinet
(a)
Recommend to Full Council that additional funds as
outlined in paragraph 23-24 be made available within the relevant
budget to enable the relevant contract’s financial
obligations to be fulfilled.
(b)
Subject to Full Council agreeing the additional
funds, approve the awarding of the waste collection and street
cleansing contract, as outlined in confidential Appendix
As this
will be a contract let jointly with South to commence on 29 June
2026, the award of the joint contract is dependent upon reciprocal
approval by South.
