Purpose

To award a contract for the provision of an
Income Management System.

Decision

To award a six-year contract to
Access Paysuite via a Procurement for Housing Framework for
provision of the Pay360 Income Management System.  The contract term is six years which comprises an
initial term of three years, plus up to three one-year
extensions.  The contract commencement
date is 1 April 2026, and the total contract value (including
possible extensions) is £216,000.
