Purpose

To approve policies and procedures which are
specific to the housing that the council provides as a landlord,
either as temporary accommodation or, in the future, as general
needs housing.

 
To delegate to the
Head of Housing and Environment, in consultation with the Cabinet
member for Housing, the ability to make minor amendments to wording
within the policies in the future.
