1)
To accept the following offers of funding from Oxfordshire County
Council (OCC) for the Abingdon Caldecott Community Health
Development (ACCHD) work:
a.
£36,250 for 2026/27 for the 0.5FTE Community Health
Development Officer (CHDO) post and associated operational
activities
b.
£51,200 offered to deliver a Community Health Development
grant scheme for local organisations benefiting Abingdon Caldecott
in 2026/27.
2)
To accept the six-month extension to the 2023-2025 funding
agreement offered by OCC, extending the term to 31 March
2026.
3)
To approve the draft Community Health Development grant policy for
Abingdon Caldecott.
4)
To delegate authority to the Head of Communities to:
a.
agree minor amendments to and sign funding agreements and any
ancillary documents connected to the ACCHD work on behalf of the
council, in consultation with the council’s legal
team.
b.
accept any further funding offered by OCC towards the ACCHD work,
and to enter into associated funding agreements (up to
£75,000), in consultation with the Head of Finance and relevant cabinet member.
c.
approve changes to the grant policy and operational
delivery plan for the ACCHD work as necessary.
