from S106 contributions and release funds, subject to a legal
agreement, to the Vale and Downland Museum for the Mural and
Interactive Sculpture project to be installed at Vale and Downland
Museum, Church Street, Wantage.
Funds to be released, in total as one payment,
subject to receipt of the signed legal agreement.
